Benjamin is our software development lead, oversees programming and system updates to ensure our villa, pool, and water management systems are always cutting-edge and responsive to client needs. A former long-time resident of AlmaVerde, Ben speaks fluent Portuguese and is currently studying electronics in Mannheim, Germany. He combines his technical knowledge with hands-on experience to continually enhance our systems, balancing his studies with his passion for innovation and sustainability.
Sarah brings a strong understanding of both hardware and software, enabling her to bridge the gap between technology, infrastructure, and the practical implementation of our solutions in the field. Her expertise helps ensure that our technologies are seamlessly integrated into real-world customer environments, delivering reliable, efficient, and sustainable solutions. A former long-time resident of AlmaVerde, Sarah speaks fluent Portuguese and is currently studying computer science in Mannheim, Germany.
Frank Schreiber oversees the on-site installation, rollout of our systems and operations, ensuring every component is seamlessly integrated and working. In addition to managing hardware design and scalability, Frank brings years of hands-on expertise from his systems and network management projects for Fortune 500 companies around the globe, vineyard work at his family’s winery, and irrigation management in the foothills of Otago, New Zealand. His commitment to customer service and dedication to quality means he’s always present to troubleshoot, fine-tune, and ensure that our solutions operate flawlessly.
Andrea holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Economics from Germany.
With over 30 years of extensive international experience in Accounting, Finance, and Controlling, she has worked with both medium-sized enterprises and global corporations in Germany, New Zealand, and Ireland. In addition, Andrea has successfully run a property management business.
Andrea expertly manages all aspects of our business operations, including accounting, finance, legal affairs, organizational development, and marketing.
